TEOM as you know it has been closed. I will keep it up for reference but it no longer will receive tutorial updates.

Using the Mouse Wheel to Zoom and Scroll

Zoom

If you want to zoom in or out using the mouse wheel just hold the Alt key.

Scroll

To scroll vertically using the mouse wheel hold the Shift key; for an horizontal scroll hold the Ctrl key instead.
