TEOM as you know it has been closed. I will keep it up for reference but it no longer will receive tutorial updates.
There are plans for a completely new site. If you'd like to be notified once the other site is up, simply subscribe to my mailing list.

Bitmap files
The files are offered in generic formats (with a few exceptions), which means that you can use them as-is or you can convert them to brushes, tubes, textures, patterns, etc. according to your own needs.
All files are offered in a .zip package for download. Inside this package you’ll find shortcuts to online license information along with instructions (when available / necessary) on how to use the files.
Unless when noted, the files are free.
