TEOM as you know it has been closed. I will keep it up for reference but it no longer will receive tutorial updates.

There are plans for a completely new site. If you'd like to be notified once the other site is up, simply subscribe to my mailing list.

Open your image, press Shift + D to duplicate.
Close the original.

Go to Layers – Duplicate.

Apply Filter Farm using any preset you wish.
If you have troubles applying it take a look at the .txt file that comes with the filter.

Apply a Gaussian Blur effect.
» Settings: radius = 15.

Change this layer’s blend mode to Hue.

Add a new raster layer and set the blend mode to Hard Light.

Set the foreground color to white and background color to black.

Load the Cloud plug-in.
Click on the Reset Colors button in case it is not set to black and white and use the default preset.

Apply the same Gaussian Blur effect as before and your dreamy photo is ready.
