TEOM as you know it has been closed. I will keep it up for reference but it no longer will receive tutorial updates.

These are the steps that I followed:
Effects – Enhance Photo – Automatic Saturation Enhancement.
» Settings: bias = less colorful, strength = weak, skintones present = checked.
Applied 4 times.
Effects – Enhance Photo – Automatic Contrast Enhancement.
» Settings: bias = neutral, strength = mild, appearance = flat.
Colors – Adjust – Color Balance.
» Settings: preserve luminosity checked; 1) shadows: cyan = 12, magenta = -12, yellow = -6; 2) midtones: cyan = 30, magenta = 15, yellow = 20; 3) highlights: cyan = -16, magenta = -15, yellow = -6.
Colors – Adjust – Gamma Correction.
» Settings: all colors set to 1,50.
Effects – Enhance Photo – Automatic Color Enhancement.
» Settings: strength = 65, remove color cast = checked, temperature = 6500.
Effects – Enhance Photo – Automatic Saturation Enhancement.
» Settings: bias = more colorful, strength = normal, skintones present = checked.
