TEOM as you know it has been closed. I will keep it up for reference but it no longer will receive tutorial updates.

Paint Shop Pro Plug-in Help

    Filter Factory

    These filters are optimized for PhotoShop and the file extension isn’t compatible with PSP.
    In order to convert these files, you will need to get the Plug-in Commander.

    There are two versions for the program: Light (freeware) and Pro (commercial). For converting the FF files to PSP, you will need only the Light version.
