TEOM as you know it has been closed. I will keep it up for reference but it no longer will receive tutorial updates.

Paint Shop Pro Plug-in Help

    Virtual Painter

    After Corel took over Virtual Painter stopped being marketed along with Paint Shop Pro.

    However, it wasn’t a Jasc product so you can still find it on the developer site.
