Closed (sort of)
TEOM as you know it has been closed. I will keep it up for reference but it no longer will receive tutorial updates.
There are plans for a completely new site. If you'd like to be notified once the other site is up, simply subscribe to my mailing list.
Thanks for the support throughout all these years :)

Justified Text
Microsoft Word is required for this tutorial.
For a very long time it was thought that PSP couldn’t justify text – and if you try to use the Text Tool it still can’t. But what if you don’t use the Text Tool?
That’s right, you can insert text without using the Text Tool =)
Here’s how it works:
- Open Microsoft Word and insert your text. Make all the adjustments you need (font, align, color…), including justifying the text.
- Select all the text and hit Ctrl + C.
- Open PSP and create a new document or use an existing image if you wish.
- Hit Ctrl + L to paste the selection from Word as a new layer.
- Click OK on the Meta Picture Import box that appears in PSP.
- On the Layers palette, change the blend mode of the layer holding the text to Multiply so that the white background disappears.
And that’s how you get justified text.
Another crazy thing about copying and pasting from Microsoft Word is that it also works with tables, columns…
Who would imagine that Microsoft Word could actually be useful? =D
